Frequently Asked Questions
First, check that notifications are enabled in both the Tracki app settings and your device settings. Also ensure you have a stable internet connection and that you've added username to your tracking list.
Use the search function in the app to find public username only. Once you find a username, tap the "Follow" or "Track" button to add them to your list.
Currently, Tracki is only available on iOS devices through the App Store. We're working on an Android version and will announce its release on our website and social media.
